5K is an out and back course.

• Head south on McBean Street and continue for approximately 2.1 kilometres to the corner of Dobson Lane.
• Turn left onto Dobson Lane and continue for approximately 400 metres;  there will be a line of cones that will bring you to the turn around point;
• A race official will meet you at the turn around point and you will run back up Dobson Lane to McBean Street, turn right and continue to the finish line;

10K is a single loop course.

• Head south on McBean Street and continue to Dobson Lane;
• Turn left onto Dobson Lane and continue eastbound to the very end;
• Turn right onto McCordick Road and head south for approximately 2.5K;
• Just before the stop sign at the end of McCordick Road turn right and then turn right again onto Century Road;
• Continue northbound on Century Road where it will eventually turn into McBean Street and take it to the finish line at South Carleton High School; this stretch is approximately 4.5 kilometres;

From the east - Take 417 westbound to Eagleson/March Road; proceed south on Eagleson for approximately 10 kilometres to the village of Richmond; continue south to Ottawa Street, turn right and proceed to the school.

From the west - Take 417 eastbound to Eagleson/March Road; proceed south on Eagleson Road and continue to Richmond; (follow the above directions)
